Every edition of Enea's sports challenge combines competitive spirit, team bonding and support for charitable causes, which makes these initiatives a unique mix of sport and social engagement.
2021 edition: "Razem ruszamy do stołu"
In 2021, inspired by the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Enea organized its first sports campaign under the slogan “Razem ruszamy do stołu” (Together we move to the table). The main goal of the challenge was to promote physical activity among employees through cycling, running, walking and other forms of exercise.
Participants were encouraged to join by ambassadors who know the atmosphere of the Olympics well. One of them was Natalia Partyka, who has represented Poland many times at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in table tennis.
Teams of municipalities: home towns
The organizers understood well that Olympic motivation is not only about personal ambition, but also about the chance to represent your country. That is why, at the start, every participant chose their “home town”: one of 500 municipalities from all over Poland! This form of competition strengthened the sense of community and local pride.

Prizes that motivate and support communities
What was waiting for the winners? The idea for the prizes came from the ambassador herself. The top competitors received electric scooters, and the next hundred could count on professional table tennis sets.
On top of that, the five best municipalities each received two table tennis tables, which was not only a great prize but also support for local sports infrastructure.
Participants took up the challenge with enthusiasm, covering a total of 430,000 kilometers. Almost 1,700 “Olympians” took part, and their commitment proved that a shared goal can inspire great achievements.
The campaign was received fantastically and continued in the following years under the name “Biegamy, Zbieramy, Pomagamy” (We Run, We Collect, We Help).
2024 edition: the “W kręgu Olimpiady” mission
Three years later, in 2024, Enea employees felt the Olympic excitement again, playing at the same time as the athletes in Paris! The “Biegamy, Zbieramy, Pomagamy” challenge focused on the Olympic spirit, inspiring participants to take on challenges with the same commitment as Olympic athletes.
Participants were kept engaged by daily news roundups with fun facts and updates about the Games, and by the Olympic Mission (“W kręgu Olimpiady”, In the circle of the Olympics), whose goal was to log 60 activities within 6 weeks.
The edition brought together 362 participants in 31 teams, who covered a combined distance of 171,658 kilometers!
Thanks to their determination, Enea once again donated PLN 50,000 to build an outdoor gym in a municipality chosen by the participants.

For years, the cooperation between Activy and Enea has brought measurable benefits on many levels. The “Biegamy, Zbieramy, Pomagamy” campaign promotes a healthy lifestyle among employees and their families, which leads to better wellbeing and closer teams. It also has a real impact on local communities through investment in sports infrastructure.
