A clear goal is the key to success

The fourth edition of the Activy sports challenge at Platinum Financial answered a few specific needs: stronger integration between different teams, promoting a healthy lifestyle and building a positive image of the company inside and outside. Earlier editions were well received, but this year's had a special meaning. It was not only about activity, but above all about a sense of community. The project was also meant to improve communication between people working in different structures. Another key assumption was to create a more engaging form of competition and make room for healthy fun.

Running the challenge

Platinum Financial ran a promotional campaign through mailing, social media and text messages, using its own communication channels. The challenge came with lively interaction between participants, especially at the start. It was built on gamification, points for physical activities, and individual and team competition. Participants were especially motivated by bonuses for regularity, the chance to compare results and the team rivalry.
