From individual goals to a united, motivated team

Snowflake's main goal for the challenge was to bring employees closer together, improve their physical and mental well-being and support a charity cause. The aim was also to create an engaging environment in which employees not only compete but also support a good cause. The challenge was about integration, motivation and social responsibility. Its charity part let participants take action for others, building a sense of community in the company.

How the challenge went

The challenge started with individual and team competition, so employees could motivate each other. Snowflake encouraged employees to be physically active, and all results were recorded in the Activy app. The challenge was not only about reaching personal goals, but also about supporting the charity cause by taking part in activities.

The charity goal

The charity part of the challenge let participants support a cause chosen by the winning team. All activities were converted into złoty of support for the chosen charity organization.

With the right adjustments, such as a longer duration, an ambassador program or a modified reward system, the challenge can become a regular initiative that further strengthens the culture of health and wellbeing at Snowflake.
