Only a few months a year, it can be 4 monthly editions in a row or 2 spring editions and 2 autumn editions. These are months of intense fun, competition and motivation. In the other months of the year you do not see company statistics, employees do not integrate on the social board and do not see their activities.

Motivation to stay healthy all year round: Challenges are organized throughout the activation months with points, prizes and charitable causes. In the regular months, employees continue to record activities, participate in integration, have access to educational content and can organize events, which helps build long-term healthy habits.

Offer for a few months

Prices are calculated progressively, i.e. the 80th person costs € 15, the 81st person costs € 12, etc. We bill for active people per month. The minimum price for the activation month is € 700. If the project lasts less than 3 months, a starting fee is added depending on the size of the company. The minimum amount for project implementation is € 4 600.

Year-round offer

A combination of activation and regular months.

  • Regular: Monthly prices are fixed and depend on the size of the company (number of employees), we do not bill for active employees. We count the number of regular months by subtracting the number of activation months from 12.
  • Activation: Prices are calculated progressively, i.e. the 80th person costs € 15, the 81st person costs € 12, etc. We bill for active people per month. The minimum price for the activation month is € 700. Minimum number of activation months: 3.

The number of participants is influenced by communication, office promotion, company culture, and other factors. Based on our 5 years of experience, active participation can range from approximately 25-35% of employees. However, some employers have achieved participation rates as high as 80%. You can also specify the maximum number of participants based on your budget.

For larger projects, we offer flexible solutions (f.e. Stripe). We encourage you to get in touch with us directly to discuss your specific requirements.

Activy follows a monthly billing cycle. The initial invoice is paid in advance, followed by subsequent invoices in arrears. The total cost is adjusted based on the actual number of active users. The estimated number of participants for the first invoice is determined using industry benchmarks or employer declarations.
