Activation Fee: A one-time investment covering challenge implementation, customization of app features and content, technical support, and promotional materials. The fee is adjusted to your company size, ensuring the highest standard of service for any project scale.
Monthly Fee: Includes two components:
Active Users Fee: Covers access to the app and ongoing support.
Project Management Fee: Includes challenge management, reporting, and assistance throughout all phases of the program.

How can I estimate the number of participants in the challenge?
The number of participants is influenced by communication, office promotion, company culture, and other factors. Based on our 5 years of experience, active participation can range from approximately 25-35% of employees. However, some employers have achieved participation rates as high as 80%. You can also specify the maximum number of participants based on your budget.
Can alternative payment methods be arranged?
For larger projects, we offer flexible solutions (f.e. Stripe). We encourage you to get in touch with us directly to discuss your specific requirements.
How does billing and payment work?
Activy follows a monthly billing cycle. The initial invoice is paid in advance, followed by subsequent invoices in arrears. The total cost is adjusted based on the actual number of active users. The estimated number of participants for the first invoice is determined using industry benchmarks or employer declarations.
